The rooms were fine as per the price. Cafeteria has good food and the staff is polite. They do not offer room service and the location is not that accessible for night travel. Overall, an average experience.

Everything was good with Zostel. Washrooms were clean, rooms were clean. It's just that there were some stains on pillow cover. Also, the food in cafeteria is extremely expensive; I mean plain omelet for 250 rupees. And cold coffee is expensive than what chaayos sell in malls.

Zostel is not just a stay, it’s a vibe! This is my 2nd consecutive year coming back and it still feels like home. Everything about this place — the people, the vibe, the comfort, and those chill common areas — makes it perfect for every backpacker soul. Can’t wait to be back again… because some places aren’t just visited, they’re felt!

Zostel has improved on its customer experience over the years. The rooms are hygienic and the staff responds promptly. Cafeteria is fine if you don't wish to hop out of the place. Addition of Friendzone for small parties and get together is nice only that some times it gets weird with certain kind of crowd. Rest it's a decent place to stay and affordability is their USP.

the location was very shady and there was construction noise everywhere the cafe's food is delicious, although a little expensive in my opinion. amenities were close to none and services were average

I was transiting through mumbai for my destination so the decision to stay in a Zostel property was totally worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this property to my peeps coming to Mumbai, specifically Andheri.

The place vibe was good and the staff was good. The only problem I faced was with room as it was bit smelly and they didn't make your bed daily. The toilets were also not that clean.
